Systemic Advocacy
No justice system is without systemic problems. Grave injustice has occurred and been studied in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. Vigilance is required to enhance the system where seriously injured Canadians seek justice that may critically impact them for the rest of their lives, as various public commissions and inquiries have cautioned. We thus share our observations herein to raise awareness, promote institutional memory, and build links that we hope will lead to enhancements in injury justice in Canada. We take our inspiration from courageous ordinary Canadians who are building communities through trial and error every day.
